ELEMENTARY PLAYGROUND LEADERSHIP
ELEMENTARY PLAYGROUND LEADERSHIP
Grade 5 and 6 students are invited to participate in leadership training and to take on responsibility for younger students in their school yard at recess and lunch times throughout the school year.
Student leaders learn how to communicate effectively, address rising and emerging problems, and enable play. The leaders work on teams and help others to participate.

Playground leadership camps support the Playground Leadership program at SWLSB elementary schools. We invite student leaders to come for a day of challenging leadership discovery at Arundel Nature Centre twice a year.
